We believe in being responsible to those we serve. We will strive for excellence and act in a caring and professional manner toward each of our listeners, financial supporters, volunteers and staff, including our full-time, part-time and student colleagues. 

We will do our best to respond quickly and appropriately to all inquiries and will encourage and take seriously all suggestions about improving our services. 

We will also continually measure the quality and scope of our work in order to better serve all who are touched by our activities. 

Furthermore, we take seriously our responsibility to be good stewards in the wise and efficient management of our resources and finances. Our stewardship goals include not only financial stability but also the realistic growth and improvement of the services we provide. 

We believe in creating a sense of community in our workplace, and within this community we include our volunteers and financial supporters. 

We feel cooperation, shared responsibilities, and making decisions through consensus are not just good ideas but are the best ways to work together. 

Through teamwork, we strive for open, honest and clear communications, and encourage and foster new ideas and approaches. 

Diligent in helping each other, we will treat one another with respect and dignity, and acknowledge jobs well done.
