Matching Gifts

Increase your gift through your employer’s matching gift program. Many companies will match their employees’ gifts to WDAV. The advantages are substantial:

You may be able to double or triple your gift if you or your spouse work for a company that matches gifts to charitable organizations.
Retired employees often qualify for matching gifts programs.

Inquire within your company about matching gift opportunities. When you have submitted your matching gift, please notify WDAV and we will pair your contribution with the matching gift from your company.

WDAV is licensed to Davidson College and operates under the school’s 501(C)(3) status. Matching gifts should be submitted under the name of Davidson College with tax id/EIN #: 56-0529961.

While Davidson College may be listed as an eligible recipient as an educational institution, some matching gifts programs do not support public radio. We are aware of the following companies that will not match gifts to WDAV:
