American Baroque for the Fourth of July

In Bach's time, not too many Americans were producing what we'd consider Baroque music. So, for the Fourth of July, we'll hear from a couple of American ensembles, Boston Baroque and Apollo's Fire, who are renowned for their interpretations of early music. Some of the morning's featured Bach works include the Orchestral Suite No. 3 in D, BWV 1068, the Keyboard Concerto in d, BWV 1052, and the Cantata BWV 93, "If You But Permit God to Prevail."
