Tune in for great music by Bach and and other early composers. Besides favorites from Bach, Handel, and Vivaldi, we have a selection from the Mexican Baroque and a couple of ballets from 17th century England.
We also explore Telemann's Trumpet Concerto in D Major with Charlotte trumpeter Keenan Harmon. He'll explain why he loves the work and feels it's one of the best in the Baroque repertoire. He'll also give us a little insight into what it's like for a trumpeter to play it.
