Celebrating Master Music Makers
Program: Biscuits & Bach
Aired: Sunday, May 31, 2020 @ 7:00 am
Hosted by Rachel Stewart
We celebrate some veteran music makers this week. London Baroque, one of the longest-lived most respected baroque music ensembles, has been around since 1978. We'll check out several recordings from their long career.
And we'll chat with Jane Cain who has served as music director and organist at Davidson College Presbyterian Church for 41 seasons about her career and her love of Bach. She is retiring; so, we invite you to stick around after Biscuits and Bach to hear Jane make music one more time in her final worship service at 11 a.m.
