One of the most popular releases on the classical charts this holiday season is the Sony album, Jesu, Joy of Man’s Desiring: Christmas with the Dominican Sisters of Mary, which we feature this week.
The Sisters, who are based in Ann Arbor, Michigan, boast an incredible choir which has performed on television and radio throughout the US and Canada. Their new Christmas album includes music from ten different countries and music by Bach. The Sisters’ beautifully blended voices and harmonies are not to be missed.
And Rachel chats with food writer Debbie Moose, author of Southern Holidays, A Savor the South Cookbook, about some of the favorite holiday foods enjoyed by Southerners at this time of year.
