This week Purcell, Handel, and Vivaldi are well-represented on the playlist. And we'll hear Bach's Cantata BWV 96: "Lord Christ, the Only Son of God" written for the 18th Sunday after Trinity in the Liturgical calendar.
And Charlotte Master Chorale artistic director Kenney Potter joins us to talk about Bach's Mass in B Minor. The Chorale launches its new season this week with performances of the great masterwork. Kenney will share a few of his favorite sections of the work.
