Women of Abstract Expressionism

The Mint Museum in Uptown Charlotte will host the Women of Abstract Expressionism exhibit October 22, 2016 through January 22, 2017. The exhibit features the groundbreaking women artists of the Abstract Expressionist movement during its seminal years, between 1945 and 1960. 

WDAV in partnership with the Mint Museum and Wells Fargo Private Bank, presents a series of interviews and information to highlight the achievements of female classical composers and musicians during the same period.
